We are looking for qualified, experienced Civil Engineers to be part of BARSYL family. Would like to announce the following immediate vacancies for:-

• Head Technical Service : (1) for Hyderabad, Graduate in Engineering with PG in Structures, 15 years of experience in Rail / Metro or infrastructure projects, in planning & designing of multi disciplinary projects. Experience of heading design office for multi-disciplinary projects shall be desirable.
• Head Metro : (1) for Hyderabad, Graduate in civil / Mechanical, PG in Urban Transport Planning / Business management with 15 years of professional experience with minimum of 5 years of experience in Metro Rail Sector in planning / designing / execution. Professional having experience of working with consultants shall be preferred.
• Head – BD : (1) for Hyderabad , Graduate in Civil / Mechanical with PG in Business Management, Post Graduate in Marketing / Business Development / Business Management are desirable qualification. More than 15 years of experience in marketing / business development of engineering service in Metro / infrastructure service. Experience in overseas market is desirable.
• Manager – BD : (4) for Hyderabad , Delhi , Kolkata, & Mumbai, Engineering graduate with additional qualification in management. Candidate should have at least 5-8 years experience in BD activities in any Engineering / related industry. Responsibilities include enquiry generation, obtaining client requirement, compiling proposals / tenders, making presentation, follow up & interaction with clients and close deals.
• Project Manager: (2) for Hyderabad , Delhi/Mumbai, Graduate in Civil with additional qualification in Project Management/Construction Management/Transportation Engineering. Candidate should have 4-8 years experience in any engineering consultancy & infrastructure projects.
• Railway Engineer - PPCM: (1) for Hyderabad , Graduate in Civil / PG with at least 2-4 years experience in planning & coordination, monitoring for projects.
• Manager / Asst.Manager – Surveyor: (1) for Hyderabad , Graduate in Civil with 4-8 years in survey field.
• Utility Shifting Engineer: (1) for Chennai, Graduate in EEE with 5-8 years of experience in 33KV, 11KV, low voltage cable installation works & transformer installation, testing & commissioning works.
• Tunnel Design Engineer : (1) for Chennai, Graduate in Civil with 3-5 years of experience in underground section, 2-3 years TBM activities (tunnel bored machine) is preferable.
• Safety Engineer : (1) for Chennai, Graduate / Diploma in Safety Management experience in safety aspects, norms and HSE awareness.
• Assistant Manager – BD : (1) for Hyderabad , Engineering graduate with additional qualification in management. Candidate should have at least 3-5 years experience in BD activities in any Engineering & construction industry.
• Project Engineer: (1) for Hyderabad , Graduate in Civil with additional qualification in Project Management / Transportation Engineering. Candidate should have 2-5 years experience in any engineering consultancy and infrastructure projects.
• CAD (Civil) Engineer: (2) for Hyderabad, Diploma in Civil with 1-3 years of experience in structural & alignment designing field and candidates experience in Auto CAD and MX Rail / road are preferable.
• CAD (OHE) Engineer : (1) for Hyderabad , Diploma in EEE with 1-3 years of experience in designing field with Auto CAD preferable.
• BD – Trainee: (1) for Hyderabad , Graduate in Civil Engineering with 0-1 year of experience in BD management team.
• Projects – Trainee : (1) for Hyderabad , Graduate in Civil Engineering with 0-1 year of experience in project management. Candidates with additional Qualification in construction management are preferable.
