Mr M. V. Srinivasan, Chairman

Retd. Member Traffic, Railway Board Exercised overall control on the Indian rail transport system of approximately 62,000 route kilometers carrying more than 370 million tonnes of freight annually and over 10 million passengers daily and was responsible for Corporate Management of commercial, transportation and marketing activities. Also involved in prioritization of resources, optimal investment planning and moderating objectives, policies and strategies to suit changing environment.

Mr H. C. Shrivastava - Managing Director

Vast experience in Survey and execution of New Railway lines over mountainous sections, involving tunneling and via ducts. Was incharge of survey and execution of new lines, doubling of existing lines totaling to over 1500 km. Was team leader for the survey of merry-go-round railway system of 45 km for transportation of coal from mines to power plant of NTPC at Rihand, India.

Mr M. P. Sankaranarayanan, Jt. Managing Director

Ex. Dy. Director, Indian Railway Design & Standards Organization Worked in Mechanical Engineering Branch of Indian Railways in various capacities. During his tenure, he was incharge of design and manufacture of new Diesel engines, B.G.Wagons, development of M.G. Diesel Rail Cars etc. Subsequently promoted Ventra Locomotives Ltd. to manufacture diesel shunters and other rail mounted vehicles. Was Managing Director and Chief Designer of all the products manufactured.

Mr Sunil Srivastava - Executive Director

As an Electrical Engineer with Post Graduate qualification in Business Management. Has about 20 years of professional experience covering marketing, business planning and project management of rail infrastructure projects in India, UK, Singapore, Malaysia and Bangladesh. Cross functional experience in conducting & coordinating project feasibility studies, commercial documentation, tender evaluation contract management, costing, and budgeting for railway projects covering urban transport, freight rail systems and passenger rail systems. His experience covers Project Management of complex studies, techno – financial evaluation, design review of new railway projects in India, UK, Syria, Germany, France, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Malaysia and Singapore. He also has hands on experience of International railway technology.

Some of the major projects he has managed include: Design and supply of special purpose rolling stock to Alstom, Singapore, Preliminary Feasibility study for a high speed dedicated freight line for iron ore in India, Design of Train Protection & Warning Systems for British Rail, UK, Preliminary design for seven yards for new line Malaysia. Feasibility study for Airport rail link to Hyderabad international Airport.

Mr M. V. Rama Murthy, Director (Technical)

Retd. Chief Engineer, Indian RailwaysOver 37 years of experience in Indian Railways, was involved with the Survey, Construction & Maintenance of railway lines, bridges and structures. Was also associated with the Research, Design and Standards Organization of Indian Railway. Worked for 2 years as Consultant to RITES and was team leader for the Light Rail Transit System Project for Hyderabad, AP, India

Mr V. Ramakrishnan - Director (Strategy)

He brings with him decades of experience as an entrepreneur, CEO of large organizations, international expertise in strategic positioning, mergers and acquisitions. He is a member of the board on a number of domestic and international organizations. Currently he is on the board of Ranbaxy-Signature, LLC, NY, USA, Member of executive board of Life Enhancing Technologies, LLC, TX, USA, Managing Director of American Generics India Ltd., India, Chairman, Lipicard Technologies Ltd., India and takes care of Corporate Strategy and Long-Term strategic issues as Director - Strategy, Barsyl. He is also a Visiting Professor of Osmania University - MBA Technology Management program. He is M. Tech in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research from IIT, Kharagpur with BE in Mechanical Engineering (Honours course) from AC College of Engineering & Technology, Tamilnadu.
